• All magnet products are custom-made from the photos you provide.
• Because each order is personalized, production begins after the order and usable photos are received.

Ordering and photo uploads

• The preferred process is to upload your photos on the product page while placing your order.
• If your images are not ready at checkout, you may send them later using the Upload Photos page and your order number.
• Please review your package choice, shipping details, and uploaded files carefully before submission.

Your responsibility for images

• You confirm that you own the images you upload or have permission to use them.
• You are responsible for the quality of the files you submit. Low-resolution, blurry, or heavily cropped files may affect the final result.
• Minor cropping, resizing, and layout adjustments may be needed to fit the magnet format.

Production and turnaround

• Production times may vary depending on order volume, file quality, and whether additional clarification is needed.
• If there is a problem with your uploaded images, we may contact you before printing.
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed once the parcel is with the shipping carrier.

Refunds, replacements, and cancellations

• Due to the custom nature of the products, cancellations or changes may not be possible after production has started.
• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production defect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
• Approved solutions may include a replacement, store credit, or another reasonable resolution depending on the situation.
